Q: How do I get Paid?
A: We send payment via BACS. Please make sure we have your correct bank account details, we can not pay you if you have not provided this information!

Q: When do I get Paid?
A: You need to reach the £10 account balance thereshold before we can send payment.

Q: How do I earn cashback?
A: All you need to do to earn cashback is to find the product/s, retailer/s, or service/s you are looking for and make your purchase or application. All the specific terms & conditions of cashback can be viewed by clicking the "Click for more details" section next to the cashback amount.

Q: How long does it take to get paid?
A: We pay every month and if you have reached the &10 threashold you will be paid automatically.

Q: How long does it take before a transaction is approved?
A: We encourage advertisers to try and validate your transactions as quickly as possible, however sometimes a slight delay is unavoidable! We can guarantee the validation period will not exceed 30 days.

Q: How do i change my details and password?
A: All you need to do is update your information in the members area.

Q: What is a pending transaction?
A: This means the transaction has been recorded and correctly allocated to your account - providing there are no problems this will be validated within 30 days.

Q: Whats an approved transaction?
A: Once a pending transaction has been validated as a genuine transaction it becomes a approved transaction!

Q: Do I have to log in to earn cash?
A: Yes, you have to be logged in and have cookies enabled to ensure tracking works correctly.

Q: How do I see how much money I have earned?
A: You may view all your transactions in the members area.

Q: How long does it take to get paid?
A: We pay every week, 60 days in arrears. If you have reached the £10 threshold you will be paid automatically via BACS (you must supply your bank account details and your full name).
